Using tool steel, pre-hardened mold steel and stainless steel as our starting materials, we can design (via AutoCAD and SolidWorks) as well as build a wide variety of plastic mold types, including injection, caps, screwing, and closure molds. We can achieve maximum lengths of 60", maximum widths of 30", and can also boast (+/-) .0002" and .1" machining and grinding tolerances, respectively.
